A complete list of each vendor's vendor history report (aka Purchase Order Inquiry by Vendor, which includes the following columns of information: Purchase Order #, Order Date, Description, Purchase Order Total, Void Total and Status) detailing all payments made by Brick Township to each vendor from January 1, 2008-December 31, 2009.

In response to your below OPRA request:
No such records currently exist. In 2010 the Township switched accounting systems and cannot access prior electronic records. In addition, the retention period for purchase orders is 7 years. Therefore, we also do not have the original hard copies.
