All properties that are deemed vacant/abandoned.
All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, this list should also include amounts of balances owed.
All properties with code violations, this list should also include the type of violation related to each particular property.
All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice.
All properties with notices of abatement.
All condemned properties.

I am in receipt of your OPRA for “Notices of Abatements.” Can you please
clarify? My reason for asking relies heavily on the fact that the majority
of your OPRA request seems to involve properties which have Code
Enforcement/Tax issues. I deal mainly with the assessed value of
property. The term abatement is ambiguous and used interchangeably. See
A notice of abatement notice served on the owner(s) or occupier(s) of a
property from which a private nuisance arises, warning them of the
intention to enter on the land in order to abate the nuisance.
Abatement- is a reduction in, or an exemption of, the level of taxation
faced by an individual or company. Examples of an abatement include
a tax decrease, a reduction in penalties or a rebate.
Are you requesting a list of tax abatements(EXEMPTION) or a list of
abatement notices served on property owner’s for the abatement of a
nuisance? The Tax Assessor’s does not have any information regarding
“abatements of a nuisance.” An abatement of nuisance would be handled
either by Law or Code Enforcement. We can provide a list of tax
abated(exempted) properties if needed.

I am following up with you regarding the OPRA request submitted via email to Karen Ventura. I will be responding to portion of your request for Tax and/or Utility information. Any other information requested will be provided under separate cover by the appropriate officer/department.
1. Please find attached a delinquent property tax report for all delinquencies dating back from 1/1/2019 to present with a balance due in excess of $3,000.00 and upwards.
2. I do not have a list of "Absentee owned" properties, therefore I cannot provide this list. I do not have the ability to run a separate report for any tax property that has a bill mailed to a different address, which is what I believe you may be requesting. If not, please clarify.
3. Please find attached a delinquent utility charge report for all delinquent accounts with open balances due from 1/1/2019 to present. You did not provide a balance threshold for this report, so I used a $50.00 minimum balance. If you prefer a different threshold, please advise.
4. We are not conducting water service turn off at this time. The only list I can provide for you at this point would be a copy of any account that is currently flagged that the water is off due to a prior turn off for non-payment/vacant/abandoned or by owner request.
