Dear Seaman, Sam,
I tried looking on your site, using the search by reference number, and there was no response:

Dear Toms River Police Department,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Toms River Police Department's handling of my OPRA request 'Use of Force Reports August 2018'.

I have not received a response to my OPRA request.

A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/use_of_f...

Good Day,

Below is the response I sent on our Gov QA site on 10/5.  I realize I
misunderstood the request.  In your description you wrote August but in
the Gov QA request in the “date from “ box you have 1/01/2018.  That is
why I thought you wanted this year through August.  I am in the process of
getting those reports from our IA department.

Good Day,   I did some research on previous years of reports and there
were approximately 275 reports last year, Jan thru Sept.  It should take
my staff and I two hours to review and redact.  The cost estimate is:

275 x .05 = 13.75

2 hrs @ 50.00/hr  The cost would be approx. 113.75.  If this is
satisfactory, I will proceed and send you a final cost when completed.

Dear Seaman, Sam,
I am not using the GovQA site. All I am looking for is the August 2018 UOF reports. I am not looking for 8 moths of reports.

Yours sincerely,

I requested them from our IA Bureau. I hope to have them this week. The Lt. in charge of the unit is off today. I will request from him again tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.

Dear Seaman, Sam,
It does not look like you wish to provide these. I will be filing a denial of access complaint tomorrow.

Yours sincerely,
