Attached is the responsive document to your request assigned number
22.03_199. Be advised Bill (A1649) amends the Open Public Records Act
(“OPRA”) to exclude from the definition of a government (i.e., public)
record the portion of any document which discloses the home address of any
active or retired 1) judge, 2) prosecutor or 3) law enforcement officer.
 Pursuant to OPRA guidelines and Bill (A1649) prior to allowing access to
any government record, the custodian shall redact from that record any
personal identifying information which discloses the social security
number, credit card number, unlisted telephone number, or driver license
number of any person, or the home address, whether a primary or secondary
residence, of any active or retired law enforcement officer, active or
retired federal, State, or municipal judicial officer, or active or
retired federal, State, county, or municipal prosecutor. Should you have
