This correspondence shall serve as Nutley Township (the “Township”)’s
response to your request for access to government records pursuant to the
Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, et seq. (“OPRA”), which was
received via e-mail dated November 7, 2018. Below is a list of each
request for access and the Township’s response to the same:

 

* “Declaratory judgment document in the case entitled 'In the Matter of
the Application of the Township of Nutley for A Determination of Mount
Laurel Compliance' bearing Docket No. ESX-L-4800-15 (the "Township's DJ
Action") seeking a declaration of its compliance with the Mount Laurel
doctrine and the Fair Housing Act of 1985, N.J.S.A. 52:27D-301, et seq”:

* “Agreement  resolving the entirety of the Township's Prior Round and
Third Round (1987-2025) affordable housing obligation”: please see
attached executed Settlement Agreement.

* “2018 Settlement Document for the Township of Nutley recognizing the
settlement of the Mt. Laurel litigation”: please see attached executed
Settlement Agreement.
