Dear Donna Belton,
I am referencing the developer mentioned in Resolution 21-276:

"WHEREAS, 6461 ROUTE 9 HOWELL, LLC, a corporation with offices at 241 Hudson
Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601 (“Developer”) submitted a Land Use Developer’s Agreement
covering development for property known as Block 25, Lot 24.05 & 41.01 being a development
known as The Fountains in the Township of Howell (“Howell”)."

I am aware of Attorney Adam Garcia and representative for the group Paula O’Neill's involvement in the project, and would like to obtain correspondence between them (and/or other representatives from the firm) and the township officials previously listed.
