Dear Atlantic City,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Atlantic City's handling of my OPRA request 'Supervisory assignments'.
By law, under all circumstances, the authority should have responded by now and I should have the information requested. Many other request filled well after my request have been answered and honored.
A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/supervis...

Dear Atlantic City,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Atlantic City's handling of my OPRA request 'Supervisory assignments'.

While I do realize that the COVID pandemic has slowed the response, what I don’t understand is this request was originally requested on May 9th. What I don’t understand is the following:

Jeffrey Profitt personnel record information, requested July 22nd, request fulfilled 5 days later. This request involved research of employment record over a period of time.

Final outcome, or settlements in the matter of angelo Maimone....James Davis et al vs City of Atlantic City and John Doe parties filed April 27 2015 docket #ATL-L-996-15, requested June 20th, request fulfilled one month later on July 20th.

DUI List from July 3rd,4th,5th 2020, requested July 13th, request responded to 3 days later. This request required looking through 3 days of arrest record.

Meanwhile my request of a specific email, sent from a specific employee, sent at a specific time, containing a specific attachment and sent to a specific group of employees has taken in excess of 4 months and still no response? Transparency in Government, I think not!
