Dear Ms. Nelson,
Why is an extension required? Be advised that contract agreements are subject to the immediate access provisions of the OPRA. See this link for more information: https://www.nj.gov/grc/public/faqs/
Please provide a copy of this agreement immediately. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Charlie Kratovil
Dear Ms. Nelson,
On April 12 you indicated to me that: " We will respond on or before Friday, 4/22/2022." I have received no further response and it is now April 30. This is a deemed denial under the law and if I don't receive the requested record, I am going to contact my lawyer on Monday to prepare a legal complaint for violation of the Open Public Records Act. When will you actually be able to provide the promised response to my request.
Yours sincerely,
Charlie Kratovil
Mr. Kratovil,
I apologize for the delay. The extension was noted on the OPRA log, but was missed. I have attached your requested document.
