Dear New Jersey State League of Municipalities,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
List of and any material prepared for any and all training sessions, or presentations whether delivered in person or via web (webinars) with the subject cannabis or marijuana between the dates of January 1, 2017 and May 30,2022. Please include presenters and dates of presentation.

Please also include a list the names (and email addresses if available) of any and all municipal employees, or elected officials or member of municipal committees or boards who attended these sessions. At your discretion you may elect to only include persons from West Amwell township to the extent you are able to determine which municipality attendees represent or work for.

This email is in response to your June 8, 2022 request for records made under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA).
