Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all proposals received from developers regarding the Sears property, as referenced in the city's July 8, 2022 statement. Please also provide documents or records sufficient to show the location(s) of the "120 affordable housing units in the pipeline for future construction" referenced in the aforementioned statement.

regarding the Sears property” we have no documents responsive to this
request. Such proposals were telephonic in nature from interested
developers and redevelopers.
For your request records regarding the 120 affordable housing units in the
pipeline. Please see the associated resolutions of approval for
in-pipeline affordable housing projects.
Hoffman Pavilion; 75 Neilson St: 65 Affordable units
Stirlingside; 50 Neilson St: 53 Affordable units
45 Remsen Ave: 11 Affordable units
293 Townsend St: 6 Affordable units
100 Jersey Ave: 66 Affordable units (no resolution yet as it was approved
by the Board last week)
Total of 201 affordable units in the pipeline
