Please provide us with the hours Township Business Administrator Himanshu Shah works. For example: Does Mr. Shah work 8am-4pm Monday through Friday or 9am-5pm Monday through Friday....etc..
or
you can provide us with his timesheets from Jan 1, 2020 to present. Also provide us with any ordinances or resolutions which indicate working hours for Mr. Shah in the capacity of CFO/Business Administrator.

The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on August 16, 2021.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is August 25, 2021.  The Township is responding
to your request on the seventh business day from the receipt of your
request.

 

The request was for:

Please provide us with the hours Township Business Administrator Himanshu

Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1.1 it has been determined that “the hours Township
Business Administrator Himanshu Shah works” does not qualify as a document
request pursuant to the OPRA laws and definition thereof. All inter-agency
or intra-agency advisory, consultative or deliberate materials are
exempt. 

 

Please see the attached document titled Opra 21-777_Shah Timesheets
2020-2021 responsive to your request. Also, there are no reolutions or
ordinances indicating the working hours of Mr. Shah in the capacity of
CFO/Business Administrator.
