Dear Ms. Richmond:
In response to your OPRA request, Tina Smilek - Date Hired 1/1/2003, Title: “coordinator scheduler of rec activities” but she also does PIO (public information) work for the website. She reports to Sue McGough, Superintendent of Recreation. She has 19 Vacation Days , 184 Sick days, and 2 Personnel Days. She does not have Health Insurance through the Township.
The requests for [CATEGORIES BEING DENIED] are denied as invalid requests for information, and are not categories that are required to be provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10. A request for “information” as opposed to identifiable government records is invalid under OPRA. See, e.g., James v. NJ Dep’t of Corrections, GRC Complaint No. 2009-283 (June 2010).
