Dear Toms River Police Department,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Toms River Police Department's handling of my OPRA request 'Rita's Ice Response'.

I have not received a response to my opra request.

A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/ritas_ic...

Yours faithfully,

Good Morning – The requested TRPD reports are attached to this email.
There were no arrests made, there are no use of force reports or CDR’s.
There is MVR footage, but not body worn camera footage.  The MVR video
file is too large to email, however it is available to you through the
OPRA machine.  If you would like to obtain a copy of the MVR without going
through the OPRA machine,  I can either send it to you via US Mail or you
can pick up a copy at TRPD records.  Additionally I expect to have the
9-1-1 audio shortly and will make it available to you via the OPRA
machine.  I will attempt to email the 9-1-1 audio to you, but depending on
the size of the file, it may be too large to email, in which case I can
either send it via US Mail, or you can pick it up.  Thank you.
