Dear Woodbridge Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Please provide copies of all summons issued for violations of Code Section violations of 3-23.3 (a.k.a. Ord #94-60 Sec 22-57 - Casting of Snow or Ice upon sidewalks and Streets) between 10/31/2020 and 2/4/2021.
The Judiciary is exempt from OPRA, instead the NJ Supreme Court permits the release of certain records under Court Rule 1:38.
A completed separate Judiciary Records Request Form is to be used . The form can be found on the NJ Courts web-site (Judiciary Records Request Form)
I can tell you that by reading the request as submitted under OPRA that the Judiciary AOC / ATS/ACS system does not have a tracking system to search by violation code or ordinance numbers. Additionally the Court does not maintain a hand / paper record of complaints signed / issued by violation / ordinance number.
If the requester can supply complaint numbers or defendant's names we can create a search using those parameters.
