We understand that a person or organization contracted 3 Toms River Police Officers to stand guard outside the 2022 Ocean County Republican Convention at the Days Hotel on Thursday March 10th 2022. We are requesting the financial records of this contract, specifically who paid to contract the 3 Officers ( Officer Frank Moschella, Officer Adam Worth and Officer Kyle Lamer) to stand guard at the Days Hotel on Thursday March 10th 2022 and if possible how much were the officers paid for their time at the hotel. If your office is unable to provide this information can you please direct us to which person or office/agency would be responsible for providing this information. We understand that JobsBlue may of been an intermediary if so can you please point us in the right direction of who to contact to retrieve this information.

We feel that transparency in this matter is of great importance because openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government. Transparency promotes accountability and provides information for citizens about what their Government is doing. We understand your office is very busy with other matters and we apologize for any inconvenience but we just want to make sure malfeasance did not play a role in this matter. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
