Dear Seaman, Sam,

I have unsucessfully recieved the information I requested. When I tried searching for the ID P000129 073018 in your system it returns no records. If I search for P000129073018 it also returns no records. If I search for P000129-073018 it asks me to log in and/or create an account (which I have tried) and no matter if I create a new account or login to the account I have created it just keeps asking me to login or create a new account.

This records request is currently long over due. Please respond.

Yours sincerely,

Robert Plummer

Dear Seaman, Sam,

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I truly appreciate it.

I can submit a video to you of it happening on my Windows 10 Desktop using the latest Chrome browser if you need to see it happening to hopefully fix the system.

Yours sincerely,

Robert Plummer
