are from the Police Department. The records you have requested are under
the control of the Haledon Police Department; not the Haledon Municipal
Clerk.  Your request has been forwarded to the Police Records Clerk for
processing.  Once the records have been located they will be forwarded to
the Municipal Clerk’s office, processed in accordance with the rules of
OPRA and then provided to you.  The Municipal Clerk’s office will track
your request to remain in compliance of the seven business days.  If
additional time is required to complete this task, an extension will be
requested.. The extension period has been extended to 02/19/2020.
