receipt for Land use Board Minutes 2011 and destruction of the” audio recording “ receipt of same records

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1-The receipt given to the auditor for the “ original “ 2011 “Land use board”, “planning board” and/or “board of adjustment “ minutes leaving the building.
2-the receipt from the state allowing the recordings to be destroyed.

1.  There is no receipt from the Auditor, in the past she never took them
from the building and worked in the conference room.  She left employment
from the Borough around that time and I don't know what she did with them
or who she gave them to.
2. There is no receipt from the state for the recordings to be destroyed,
according to the State of New Jersey County & Municipal Agencies General
Records Retention Schedule M100000-905, 80 days after summary or verbatim
transcript have been approved by the governing body whichever is later the
records can be taped over or permanently destroyed.
