The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 2/24/2023. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 3/7/2023. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 5th business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.
Due to the large file size of the requested records, the records
are being transmitted to you via CD. Pursuant to N.J.S.A
47:1A-5.b, the cost associated with this request is $5.12
including postage.
Please make out the check to the "Township of Lakewood" addressed
to the Township Clerk-Lakewood Municipal Bldg- 231 Third Street-
Lakewood, NJ 08701. Please note the OPRA request number in the
memo portion of the check
Upon receipt of your check in the amount of $5.12 ,the CD will be
mailed to you.

FLASH DRIVE/CD to.
