Dear Atlantic City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Records from 2021
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)
2) All residential properties with delinquent taxes
3) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate
4) All properties that are absentee-owned
5) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
6) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
7) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
8) All properties with notices of abatement
If Not Available Please Send Whatever is available on the list.
Preferably In excel format if not PDF is Fine.

properties in probate.

Response: The City of Atlantic City does not maintain a record of
properties that are absentee-owned.

 

5) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1
year, including amounts owed

6) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice

Response: The City of Atlantic City does not maintain a record of
properties with delinquent utility balances or shut-off notices.
