Ashley Molson,

The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on February 25, 2021.  As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is March 8, 2021.  The Township is
responding to your request on the seventh business day from the receipt of
your request.

The request was for:

 a. Complete permit history dating back 50 years if possible (available);
b. Any notices of current or pending violations with code enforcement
or zoning;c. Any Board of Health Complaints; and d. Any documents
pertaining to an oil tank or environmental remediation

Please see attached permit document(s) responsive to your request.   These
are being transmitted to you via email per your request and pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., there is no cost associated with this response.
PLEASE NOTE: Any file name of the attached permit(s) that begin with “C”
are closed permits, any others are open or expired.  Per the Construction
Department, any work completed without permits, the property owner will
need to secure permits for said work prior to resale of the home.  Absence
of a permit for an oil tank does not mean there were never tanks onsite.
Interested parties should do their due diligence.

Also note that redaction(s) have been made pursuant to NJSA 47:1A – 1.1
Exemption #16) “personal identifying information”

There were no violations found on the property.

Additionally, you will need to contact the Middlesex County Board of
Health regarding all environmental inquiries and issues regarding
wells/septic tanks, as they are a separate entity with separate records.
You can reach them at 732-745-3100.

Respectfully,

Office of the Township Clerk
