Dear Jamey Eggers,

Did the contractor not have to provide proof of bonding and insurance for the work done in delran. Does the township extend their liability coverage to the contractor? Please provide documentation of liability coverage for the communications director.

Yours sincerely,

Anonymous delran resident

The Township did not extend insurance coverage for the Communications Director. There was no insurance required for the 2021 contract.

Dear Jamey Eggers,

At the meeting on 2/1/2022 the mayor stated that the communications contractor has insurance. Please provide proof as such as the mayor himself made it a part of the public record during the council meeting.

Yours sincerely,
