Due to the size of the files, which exceed the Department of Education’s
email system limitations, records responsive to the above referenced
request are being provided through the MoveIT cloud file sharing system.
The records have been redacted to protect reasonable expectations of
privacy relative to personal information, including personal email
addresses and telephone numbers, pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1 et seq.
Counts of fewer than 10 students have been redacted to protect reasonable
expectations of privacy relative to student identification/confidentiality
rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA"), 20
U.S.C. Sect 1232g, NJAC 6A:32-7.1 et seq., and NJSA 47:1A-1 et seq.
School floor plans are exempt from disclosure under NJSA 47:1A-1.1 and
have been withheld because they contain emergency or security information
or procedures for buildings or facilities which, if disclosed, would
jeopardize the security of the building or facility or persons therein.
Shortly, you should be receiving an email from MoveIT Cloud with
instructions on how to access your records.
If you cannot download the records for any reason, please let me know by
replying to this message.
Please download and save the files to a computer. The contents of the
email will expire in 15 days.
