In response to your request for an internal review of Office of the Public Defender's handling of your OPRA request 'Pool Attorney Budget and Actual figures from 2017 ending 2023', including "clawbacks" of pool earnings and property tax lien execution, please find the following:

First Assistant Public Defender Robyn Veasey, has conducted a Management Level Review of our responses to your OPRA request and found that not only did our office comply; they created a document for clarity that was not required. Upon review of the timeliness of the answer, the completeness of the documents provided and the creation of a log for clarity, I have found our office fully complied with the OPRA request.
