possible thereafter.  Please be advised that the seven business day
deadline to reply to this portion of your request is October 29, 2020 or
as soon as possible thereafter.

 

 

2. Property Records on file from 2000-Present (property record cards;
open/closed building/construction permits; certificates of occupancy; code
violations; site plans; surveys) for the following two properties:

 

11 Spyros Drive (Block 4000, Lot 14)

13 Spyros Drive (Block 4000, Lot 15)

 

 

Please see attached responsive permits and tax office documents pursuant
to your request.   These are being transmitted to you via email per your
request and pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., there is no cost associated
with this response.  PLEASE NOTE: Any file names of the attached permits
that begin with “C” are closed permits, and others are open or expired. 
Per the Construction Department, any work completed without permits, the
propertyowner will need to secure permits for said work prior to resale of
the home.  Absence of a permit for an oil tank does not mean there were
never tanks onsite.  Interested parties should do their due diligence.

 

With regard to questions on wells and septic, please contact the Health
Department.  Be advised that Old Bridge Township utilizes the Middlesex
County Office of Health Services and requests for their records can be

Dear Old Bridge Township,

I submitted a two-part OPRA request on October 16. I have received the documents already from the tax department. However, I have not yet received any sort of response from the Old Bridge Police Department. A response was due by October 27. Please respond as soon as possible to confirm receipt of this OPRA request, and the expected time frame for it to be completed.
