Dear Middlesex County,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please email in Excel Format the 2020 Cast Vote Record (CVR) and Ballot View Report (Ballot Manifest Report) for the 2020 General Election of Middlesex County. Please include all public information that does not need to be redacted.
Please include Sequential, Batch, Tabulator ID and timestamp.
Include all ballots used in the tabulation of the results of the 2020 General election.
There are federal protections for these records under Title 52 Section 20701

Dear Mr. Paskitti,
The County has received your request for, "the 2020 Cast Vote Record (CVR)
and Ballot View Report (Ballot Manifest Report) for the 2020 General
Election of Middlesex County. Please include all public information that
does not need to be redacted."
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days
to fulfill because we will need to retrieve the 2020 General Election
database. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, “the requestor shall
be advised by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the
record is not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.”
Your request requires an extension of time until September 9, 2022.
