On behalf of PT Consultants, Inc., I would like to inquire as to the availability of records of building permits, certificates of occupancy, building plans/drawings, storage tanks, spills, releases, hazardous materials storage/disposal, or environmental conditions/incidents related to a Phase I Assessment associated with the property located at 204 W. Route 130 N, Burlington, NJ, further identified as Block 38, Lots 17-18, 19, 20-28 in Burlington County and the property located at 246 W. Route 130 N, Burlington, NJ, further identified as Block 35, Lots 24, 24.01, 25, 26, 27, and 35 in Burlington County.

The information attached is from our Code Enforcement Officer, Ross Kownatsky in reference to permits, Also per Mr Kownatsky, said there was no information on file concerning tanks. Nicki Scott our Land Use Board Secretary along with our Tax Assessor, Linda Rogers have supplied information also attached.
Per our CFO, Ken MacMillan he had nothing to supply in reference to the request
Our Code Enforcement Office, per Pam - had nothing to supply in reference to code issues
Our Land Use Board Secretary, Niki - had nothing to supply in reference to Block 37.01 Lots 1-4
