Currently, your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity
the specific government records sought, as is required by Bent v.
Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div.
2005). It is unclear what you are seeking. At this time, we
request clarification of your OPRA request. Please respond in

RCVD CLARIFICATION VIA EMAIL 5/16 AS FOLLOWS: "As stated in
Chapter 8 of the Lakewood Township Municipal Code, use of the ball
parks are subject to rental fees and use of Pine Park Swim Club
and Pine Park Picnic Areas #1 and #2 requires a permit as well as
a rental fee. Please provide all issued permits as well as a
report of any fees paid between January 2021 and today for use of
the ball parks, Pine Park Swim Club, and Pine Park Picnic Areas #1
and #2."
