This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol to or from the New Jersey Governor's Office, the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, the New Jersey State Police Superintendent's Office, the New Jersey State Prosecutor's Office, the Ocean County Sheriff's Office, the Ocean County Court system, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, any municipal police department within Ocean County, any municipal government offices within Ocean County, and/or any other entity regarding the acceptance, handling, holding, processing, consideration, approval, denial, renewal, issuance, and/or return of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun applications.

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol issued since June 1, 2022 regarding Police Officer interaction with the holder or suspected holder of a New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun.

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding training and/or retraining of Police Officers regarding the increased possible encounters of citizens legally carrying handguns.

-Any and all memorandums, directives, instructions, guidance, procedures, policies, and/or any other references to protocol regarding training and/or retraining of Police Officers and their knowledge of Constitutional Rights/Civil Rights, specifically 2nd and 4th Amendment Rights.
