Department Applications.
 2. “All closed permits.” Included on the List of Construction Department
Applications.
 3. “Any violations.”  We interpret that to be open Property Maintenance
violations, tax liens and/or past due tax account balance(s), and
water sewer account status.
 4. “Any documents re UST (oil tank removal).”  Included on the List of

Attached please find Item 3 as interpreted in our email below:  Tax
Account Detail Inquiry, and the Water/Sewer Customer Recent Activity
Report.  Our Property Maintenance Officer informs there are no outstanding
Property Maintenance Code violations and the Tax Collector informs there
are no liens listed in their office at this time.

 

We still await a List of Construction Department Applications to reply to
items 1, 2 and 4.  We are currently experiencing workload and staffing
issues and respectfully request a one week’s extension to on or before
April 30.
