Records requested:

1. Final year end compensation and salary for Police Chief Henry White for the following years.
2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019

2. PBA Local #24 and the SOA, of PBA Local #24 are bound by an "agreement" which determines their salary and compensation. Chief Henry White is currently an employee of the city of Atlantic City. I respectfully request the following,
A. His current salary and compensation guide.
B. Any documents, contracts, e-mails, and or communications which led to Chief Whites current salary.
C. Simply put, how was his current salary, post MSRA determined? I am seeking the process documents, contract, rating scale, method or explanation as to how his current salary and compensation was determined as a public employee?

3. An Inventory of all current city owned take home cars assigned to the Atlantic City Police Department, for 1 Jan 2019 through 31 December 2019.

4. Gas expenditures for all city owned take home cars from 1 January 2019 through 31 December 2019.

5. The policy which governs use of city owned take home cars utilized by the Atlantic City Police Department from 1 January 2019 through 31 December 2019.

6. Time sheets, payment records, any and all documents, memos, etc, which would reflect the use and need of city owned take home cars by police employees from 1 January 2019 through 31 December 2019.

Re: ACPD records (pay scale for Chief White)

 

Good morning:

 

In response to the attached OPRA request, please be advised of the
following:

1.       The response to items 1 and 2 are attached.

2.       Records of  “city owned take home cars” (item 3 and item 6 of the
request) -  This portion of the request must be denied. OPRA exempts
security measures, which  if disclosed would create a risk to the safety
of persons or property. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

3.       The Revenue & Finance Department does not have a record of gas
expenditures for all city owned take home cars in response to item 4 of
the request.

4.       The response to item 5 of the request (ACPD vehicle policy) was
emailed to you on February 27^th.
