This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list
The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 5/10/2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 5/20/2022.
The request was for: tax lien listings.
Please see attached document responsive to your request.
The tax office advises: Attached is a list of all lien holders and all
open outside and municipal liens. The township does assign municipal
liens. Requests for municipal lien assignments can be sent to
[email address] for review.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Old Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.

questions about the law. All questions regarding complaints filed in
