Good morning,
Please be advised that pursuant to your OPRA Request dated February 2,
2021, please find the following documents enclosed. Also find an email
below in red that I have attached which was sent to us on February 10,
2020 and is between the timeframe you had requested. The two excel
documents attached to this email in red were too large of a file to
print. Therefore, please find the two excel spreadsheets attached hereto
which correspond to this highlighted email below.

While you sent me a large volume of information It is not responsive to my actual request for
"All records of OPRA requests received and any related responses between January 1, 2020, and March 31, 2020"
I was simply looking for a log (a record) of OPRA requests and any related responses. I apologize if I was in any way unclear.
Instead of the record I requested, I received a couple of Excel files of what appears to be a vendor list in a file named TomsRiverSchoolsVendorInfo For Make Noise OPRA 22 2021. and a list of payments in a file named TomsRiverSchools July 31 2019 to Present for Make Noise OPRA Request 22 2020 along with a letter threatening charges for future OPRA requests.
I would very much appreciate it if you could please fulfill my actual OPRA request for "All records of OPRA requests received and any related responses between January 1, 2020, and March 31, 2020"

My apologies.
I had just sent this information to another requestor with the same
anonymous name, “Make Noise”, so I assumed you were referring to the one I
had just sent out this afternoon and not the one sent out last week.
I will see if I can somehow change the file type tomorrow and convert it
in a way that you can view it.

I just looked at the email I sent you. Those two excel spreadsheets do
pertain to an OPRA request during the time period you requested which is
why it was provided. Were you able to view the emails that were in a form
of a PDF?

Please be advised that there were 5 original attachments in the email I
sent you last week. One PDF which contained all OPRA requests received and
any related responses from January 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020, there was a
word document which contained my redaction key, there was a form letter in
the form of a PDF, and two excel spreadsheets that were too large to make
copies of so they were attached as well since they pertained to an OPRA
request during the time period requested. Please advise if you cannot view
these 5 attachments.
