Health/Sanitation: Any record of water wells, on-site sanitary disposal systems (septic), septic or health violations and reports
Survey: Any recorded surveys or elevation certificates Any letters of substantial damage.
The property underwent some structural changes in or around 2019. Please include architectural drawings and any other documents detailing the changes as requested on the permit so obtained.
