The Buyer would like to ensure that all modifications and additions were performed with a permit and were properly inspected, approved and met the Township’s code requirements. In addition, Buyer is requesting confirmation that there are no wetlands, encroachments, or easements (other than standard utility), assessments, penalties or open violations pending against the property.
