Please include information from the last 12 months from today's date.

Description of data requested:
1. Tax Account Delinquent Report
2. Detailed Lien Status Report
3. Residential Code Enforcement Violations that are active and pending, to include:
-Residential structures that are vacant and open to trespass
-Residential properties with grass or weeds in excess of city's height limits
-Residential properties with no current city certificate of occupancy
-Residential properties on the city's vacant property registry, if applicable

The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 6/200/2022.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 6/29/2022.

 

The request was for:  information from the last 12months from todays date,
a list of residential properties with 1 or more of the following . TAX 
account delinquent report, detailed lien status report, residential code
enforcement violations that are active and pending to include residential
structures that are vacant and open to trespass, residential properties
with grass or weeds in excess of citys heights limits,residential
properties with no current city certificate of occupancy and on the city's
vacant property registry.

 

Please see the attached document responsive to your request.

Our tax office advises:  Attached please find a list of all properties
with open delinquent balances as of 2^nd quarter 2022 as well as the list
of all properties with open outside and municipal liens.

 

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Old Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. 
You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at
P.O. Box 819, Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at [1][email address], or
at their web site at [2]www.state.nj.us/grc. The GRC can also answer other
questions about the law.  All questions regarding complaints filed in
