Hi Mr. Stilton,

I am emailing as we are in receipt of your OPRA request regarding the 44
confidential employees who received letters from Mayor-elect Hill
recently.

As it is a lengthy request, may I please ask for an extension of time to
fulfill this? It involves several departments’ coordination.

I am requesting an extension of an additional week’s time, leaving the new
deadline for an answer back as Monday, December 16^th.

Please confirm this is acceptable.
