Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
I would like to know what has happened with each of these case numbers after the Monmouth County board of health inspector answered the calls. What follow up happened for each of these calls, reports? fines? etc.
-WE don't have a case number but the date was the 2nd call from that neighborhood on 12/24/19 the address was 71 Lincoln ave . Neptune City and Nelson was supposed to pick up the statement of complaint.
We've entered your request into our database, You should use the tracking number 265639 when checking on the status of your request. You should receive a response by 2/11/20.
