Dear New Jersey State League of Municipalities,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide all complaints (if any) filed against Franklin Township, Gloucester County for the year(s), 2016, 2017, 2018 and to current. If this is not where I would get this information, please provide where if known.

Please allow this email to serve as confirmation of receipt of your
records request made under the Open Public Records Act and the common law,
on April 29, 2019.

 

Additionally, this email shall serve as official response to your records
request, which you have asked for “…all complaints (if any) filed against
Franklin Township, Gloucester County for the year(s), 2016, 2017. 2018 and
to current.”

 

The League does not maintain the records you requested and the League is
not the proper source for the request.

 

With this response I now consider your records request to the League to be
fully satisfied and complete.  Kindly respond to this email to confirm
receipt.
