Public Information, Warren County

Dear Mr. Tarbous,

This email is to acknowledge receipt of your OPRA request for Warren County government records below. Please note the county was shut down yesterday due to a severe snow storm, so your request is being officially received today, February 2, 2021. It has been forwarded to the Warren County Clerk's Office and the Warren County Board of Elections Office.

It is my understanding that Pohatcong Township is the only Warren County municipality that employs nonpartisan elections, but I will let the elections professionals address that, along with the other two items.

Please see the Government Records Council’s special statement regarding response times during a state and public health emergency:

Thank you and enjoy the day.
