Ridgewood Village did not have the information requested.

Dear Ridgewood Village,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Text of any municipal ordnances which reference New Jersey's "Nonpartisan Election Law" (40-45:5)

Yours faithfully,

Herb Tarbous

Donna Jackson, Ridgewood Village

Please be advise the Village Clerk’s Office has no records to provide in
response to your request for “Text of any municipal ordinances which
reference New Jersey’s ‘Nonpartisan Election Law’”.  As your request did
not specify a time frame for the search of documents, we performed a
search of documents from 2000 to the present and found none responsive to
your request and therefore, have none to provide.  In addition, we
searched the 1970 Village of Ridgewood Ordinance #1395 amending our form
of government and found that document not responsive, as well.

At this time, we will consider this request closed and our obligation
satisfied.

Donna M. Jackson

Deputy Village Clerk
