Dear New Brunswick City,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide documents and records sufficient to show all donations made to the "Make It Count" program, including but not limited to those made by credit cards or coins inserted into the "parking" meters used by the program. Please also provide copies of all checks donated as part of the program, including both those made out to "Make It Count" and Make It Count charitable agencies.
To the extent that any of the Make It Count funds have been spent, please provide documents and records sufficient to show the expenditures, specifically who was paid, on what date, and for what purpose.
Dear Mr. Kratovil,
The City of New Brunswick hoped to have a response to your request by the
end of today, but we are still waiting on documents from the third party
administrator of the charity, The United Way. You can anticipate a
completed response on or before July 17, 2020.
