Dear D'Aloia, Christina A.,

I understand you would like more time and I will allow that exception of time limit but I do expect that as information is available before that later date in January 2019, that documents that are electronic format can be posted and replied to this request.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Kortright, Peter,

I will not pay for any reproduction cost in plans or reports. I am only seeking documents that can be posted electronic to this request and to the OPRA Machine Website. I am sure there are files that are electronic of plans and reports regarding this project.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Kortright, Peter,

Thank you for the documents. One quick follow up, which drawing is the most recent that will be used?

What's the status of this project and a traffic light being installed?

Yours sincerely,

Please be advised that a search was conducted of all freeholder transcripts which revealed that the Board of Chosen Freeholders is not in possession of any documents responsive to your request.

On your first question, both plans are similar but with one being the marked up copy.

From Joe Femia, County Engineer

In reference to project status - The County is ready and willing to work with the Borough on this project. The County has already performed work on this project by analyzing the traffic conditions/needs and developing the intersection geometry/configuration plan. That plan also shows the right-of-way (ROW) and easement needs for the project. That plan was provided to the Borough at least a couple of years ago. The Borough is responsible for acquiring the ROW and easements as well as some other responsibilities. The Borough needs to advise the County that the Borough is willing to address those responsibilities and enter into a shared services contract with the County to move forward with the project.
