List of Properties
Dear Town of Morristown,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation. (ex. Garbage in yard, maintenance issue, overgrown lawn, safety issues, risk of condemnation, etc)
- A list of all properties that have had fires occur, or have had emergency calls to the property since the beginning of 2022
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.

Dear Town of Morristown,
The response I received to my public records request is unclear. I'm not sure what you're asking me to do. Are you asking me to email the exact same request to a separate email address? When I click on the links in the response, they don't direct me to any email address. Not sure what I should do here, please advise!
