The scope of this public records request complies with N.J.S.A.10:4-6, et seq. and falls outside any exemption provided therein (P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.)) Note further that in addition to OPRA, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 provides an independent means for citizens to gain access to public information.

Thank you for your prompt reply. The Township would not voluntarily reveal the name of their carrier. However, through a separate OPRA request, I now see that the Township is insured by the "Statewide Insurance Fund."
