Charlie Kratovil

Dear Milltown Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

1) documents sufficient to show all bills from James Cahill, Esq. for his work as the counsel to the Milltown Ford Avenue Redevelopment Agency.
2) documents sufficient to show all payments made to James Cahill, Esq. for his work as the counsel to the Milltown Ford Avenue Redevelopment Agency.

Yours faithfully,

Charlie Kratovil

Gabriella Siboni, Milltown Borough

Mr. Kratovil,
The Borough received your records request. I spoke to you on June 18 and advised that due to the Borough's lack of CFO, it may take me a few days to compile the records. Unfortunately, I was advised that the Finance Office does not pay these bills, they are paid through the Ford Avenue Redevelopment Agency. I have reached out to the Executive Director of the Ford Ave. Redevelopment Agency, Rich Rydstrom. Mr. Rydstrom advised he will supply them to me by Monday. I will respond accordingly once they are received.

Sincerely,

Mr. Kratovil,
I received a package of the attached documents from the Ford Ave. Redevelopment Agency. Upon review, I realized the agency provided all the invoices, but did not include the bill lists for payments. I have reached out to the agency director and have requested that he provide the additional required documents.

I apologize for the confusion and delay. I have attached the invoices that were provided and will send the bill lists as soon as they are received.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,
Gabriella Siboni, RMC, CMR
