Dear New Jersey State League of Municipalities,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I see all the Nutley Town employees, full time, part time, consultants and or vendors that attended the New Jersey League of Municipality Convention in Atlantic City for 2019. Anyone that attended the Convention that the Township paid for. I seek the initial list of the employees registers for prior to their attendance. I only seek, the employee name, title, the class(s), or any instructional presentation or any meeting that presented a educational contribution.

Please allow this correspondence to serve as confirmation of receipt of
your records request and response thereto. It appears from your request
that you are asking for:
1. A list of all Nutley Twp. municipal employees and
officials registered for the 2019 League Conference, and
2. Records of attendance for these individuals at any
conference session.
Attached to this email you will find an Excel spreadsheet listing the
names, titles, and other information requested for Nutley municipal
employees and officials registered at the 2019 League Conference.
Please note that I have added a column to this spread sheet entitled "CEU
Attendance." This column was added in order to facilitate a response to
your records request. This column contains two responses; 'None' and 'In
File.' These responses indicate whether or not there is a record of
attendance at any Conference Session. A response of 'In File' indicates
that there is a record for attendance at a conference session, whereas a
response of 'None' indicates that there is not record for attendance at
any conference session for this particular employee or official. For
individuals that have an attendance record a corresponding attendance
sheet is PDF format is attached.
Please, further note that, attendance at Conference Session is recorded
through the scanning of an attendees badge. However, not all Conference
Sessions have badge scanners, nor are attendees required to scan-in at
sessions. Affiliate entities such as the NJ Code Officials, or the NJ
Municipal Planners Association host educational Conference Sessions but do
not utilize the scanner system. Typically, only conference attendees that
need some kind of continuing education credit scan-in at Conference
Sessions. With this said you should be mindful that the absence of an
attendance record does not necessarily mean a conference attendee did not
attend a particular Conference Session.
With this response I now consider your records request to be fully
satisfied an complete. Please respond to this email to confirm receipt of
these documents and to confirm full satisfaction of your request.
