Laws Requested By Voters

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Assembly Republican Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

John W. Milner

Dear Assembly Republican Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Of the 476 laws sponsored by Assemblyman Ron Dancer (R-12) so far in 2019, how how many were his own creation? I believe all his laws are his own creation, which would nullify OPRA exemption #2 (legislative records). This information will be a record found either with the senator, or his staff, on a Microsoft Word, Excel, of Access Database, or in state designed software created specifically for the submission of laws. If, for some reason, records are not kept in one of these formats, please explain how they are organized.

Yours faithfully,

John W. Milner
