Dear Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Records requested:

I am requesting an Infoshare or PROMIS report for three statutes (2C:39-5b, 2C-39-4a(1), 2C-39-4a(2) ) charged during three time periods (2017, 2018, 2019). This request does not seek statistics. This inquiry requests names and indictment numbers contained in your computerized system for each of three years, which can be gathered in list-form by typing a year and statute in your system and clicking run report. Therefore, this inquiry requests unprotected public information in your possession in a manner that is not burdensome or difficult to carry out. You may provide the printouts electronically at no material cost. A detailed description of requested information is provided below:

1. (A) Please provide the total number of counts charging 2C: 39-5b Unlawful Possession of a Handgun Without a Permit that were indicted during the above noted time periods.
