Dear GOV Opra Custodian [gov],
With regards to the above request, Ciccone's appointment as the Middlesex County Prosecutor occurred within a day or two after she fined me $11,000 for frivolous litigation on a court case that both the Governor and the State Attorney General were aware of, involving tremendous payroll theft within the Old Bridge Police Department. The department has 104 full time employees, 81 slated for patrol, yet only 4 cars on patrol at any one time. Computing the hours, only 18 patrolmen are needed for this work. The rest, 63, sit at home collecting wages of $150,000 to $225,000. I would like to know: 1) Who made the decision to select Ciccone, and 2) how the selection criteria works. With your help, I received a resume. However, I don't know if it was constructed before or after the public announcement. This request is of the highest caliber, it is in the highest keepings of law and order, and I hope that you can cooperate with me to some extent.
Yours sincerely,
John W. Milner
